Today I thought I’d get up early, do a bit shopping, get a free parking token (good for two hours) then use gym in same building then back to car and home.
Waitrose opens 7.30am
Gym opens 8am

Tomorrow I’m starting a week-long trial of the Reebok Club London - a supposedly fancy gym in Canary Wharf.
I had the quick ten-minute tour yesterday and wasn’t immediately impressed, but decided to do a trial anyway as it’s local.
