This is the personal blog of Adrian M. I’m a forty-something techie living and working in the east end of London.

I work as an architect and lead developer in FX for an Investment Bank, however, despite the way the media portrays people who work at banks, I am not evil, don’t work in high risk products and don’t eat babies.

I like and use Macs and try to avoid Windows.

After 20+ years of saving the planet and not running a car, I now very much enjoy motoring and drive something with a huge engine and makes lots of noise. I don’t commute by car though (in fact, I walk to work) and probably emit less carbon over the year than a typical Prius-loving tree hugger.

I like beer and curry.
