Went to B&Q today in Becton.
A miserable place that makes its website shopping experience seem like fun.
Even getting there and back is depressingly dull - 5.5 miles, mostly 40- or 30 mph limits and at least forty-seven speed cameras.
It is situated in Gateway Retail Park. Even the name is uninspiring.
Still, we purchased some bits and pieces that we needed, so probably worthwhile.
Next week will be much more exciting: we’re off to New York for five days, so two short working weeks too.
