Well, I went for my second visit to work gym and it still rocks…. almost empty when I was there, all went well and I only ache a little.
Embarrassing part is that I failed to work the technology bit. The key fob thing that stores your programme and progress and status.
I think I pushed the wrong button or something and it just wouldn’t let me record the 73km I did on the cross trainer. Or something.
Anyways, the one who isn’t a bloke called Kevin offered sympathy and advice and I’m now all sorted.
As an extra bonus, our gym has a laundry service. You stuff your smelly rags in a bag by the reception and collect it, all sweet-smelling on your next visit.

Now, I need to figure out a way to get my bedding, curtains, towels and other domestic washing in there too.
Failing that, I’m going to get something bright red and never washed, and put that in there…. then guffaw hugely at the blokes wearing pink workout clothes the next day

Where is this gym .. I feel I must join it, if only for the free laundry .. do they iron it too?
And how much are you paying for this service. Even when I was a member of an uber expensive, uber posh gym I didn’t get that.
The Gym is in my office building at 25 Bank Street, London. No ironing
Only employees can join this gym.
I pay £35/month for the gym and £15/month for the laundry… so the gym is cheap, but the laundry is a bit pricey.
That isn’t a bad price at all. I’d be tempted to keep the £15 and do my own washing (it’s what I do at the moment anyway
